About us

Leprêtre & Partners was founded by Raymond Lepretre in 1992. Raymond had arrived in the UK from France ten years earlier and gained his experience through working with a large financial institution. The business started by providing financial advice to French people who live in the UK. It quickly expanded to provide a broad range of financial services to all kinds of people and companies.

The business started life as a Partnership (hence the name), and then became a Limited Company in 2001. In 2006 Raymond handed over control of the company to two members of staff, Andrew Moore and Peter Smith. He continues his involvement in the enterprise through his specialist medical insurance firm – Leprêtre Insurance Services Ltd which operates under the umbrella of Leprêtre & Partners Ltd as an appointed representative.
