Treating Customers Fairly

Life is complicated. In work and at home we have to deal with so many organisations and so many different people.

At Leprêtre & Partners Ltd we have a responsibility to deal with everyone involved in our business as fairly as possible. We want this ethos of fairness to be central to our business. It is there for two equal reasons: Firstly, because we care; secondly, because we want to sustain our business for the future.

We recognise the impact our work has on our clients, our suppliers and the financial services companies that we recommend to our clients. What is fair is not necessarily simple to identify these days. But we are always keen to listen and will try to do the right thing for all concerned, using the resources at our disposal.
